lets share travel pics...while promoting babywearing !
(for me no choice, my volo stroller.. tak jumpa.. so I wore for 8 days!.. and baby only wants me to wear him.. so i wore him most of the time.....each day at least 5 hours carrying.... dont think i can do it again hahahahah, pengsan!!)... thank god O&A is so comfy and supportive.... but after hours, u'd still feel it in ur body.... and feet!

actually I dont know which is worse... using stroller in the crazy tube/metro subways with lots of stairs to climb.... or babywearing.. both are tiring I think....

i got lots more pics... but tgk pun i rase nak pengsan... camne leh survive pun taktau hahahah...
not badlaa... no need for hot oil massage etc etc... but can certainly feel it in my body!!

i'd prefer BW 1000x more than stroller (in this my stroller la.. bulky n heavy) in crowded places!

Nice pix ellie ------- arrggghhhhhh terus tak de mood kerja, nak pegi jalan2 :P  waah u went inside lourve eh?  My husband tak mo, said it's bad for the kids.. LOL -- full of naked &*^($$% heheh!

I went to paris day return, 7 am from london, and 9.15 pm return.. eurostar ada electrical prob masa return, so ours delayed a few hours till late night -- but then we got compensated free tix valid for a year *yahoo bole pegi lagi* hahha -- sowwi off topic.

What i wanted to say --  I BW hannah alone thru out the trip -- the whole 1 week trip in fact, felt like wonder woman -- coz she's like melekat to my body all the time!!  Sumtimes i forgot she's thre!

I wore Aqil all around England when I went there last October - he was 14mos, 10kg and I was 4 mos pregnant. I would wear him for an average of 7hrs a day...I still can't believe it! It was so convenient to just carry him, but we did bring the stroller sometimes...to put the shopping bags in ;D It was SO LECEH to bring the stroller on the tube. There aren't that many stroller or wheelchair-accessible stations, so you either have to get a connection to those stations (which are usually out of the way) or lug the stroller up and down the stairs. There were times where we elected to just walk from one place to another. FYI, you can't bring strollers inside Mdm Tussauds.

It wasn't that uncomfortable, like Elly said. I think the adrenaline rush you get from being on vacation, makes you stronger. I can't wait to go there again in a few weeks. This time I'm wearing Afraz, while Aqil sits in a stroller (we'll probably bring our double stroller - toddler on one side, shopping bags on the other. Hahaha!)

Adriana -- agree with you.  The energy level is esp high during vacation, I have to say at least mine, cos i dont think hubby can stand BW very long :-P  BW at shopping mall around 1 hr pun dah letih.. LOL!!!

Elly --  I bought eurostar's st.pancras-gard du nord-st pancras at GBP59/adult, and 49/child.  Booked online 3 mths ahead.

Even snowing in autumn/spring time is common..And just imagine how i survive to take bus everyday, and traveling between Kz-Uzbek-Russian with bare carrying Luqman who was 1y6mths. Huh, i never see Russian BW tho..sadThey love stroller and baby push-car.

i was in scotland during winter (and -20degC was how low it got sometimes) and that was bbbrrrr... i had the chance of experiencing spring etc, not winter all year round bbrrr... i did BW the little girl I was looking after, in a MT (I think, until now i have no idea what carrier it was....) and also one of those structured hiking types..

@shida: ha ha.. tu la.. and it's nearby.. but actually, it's not that near come to think of it.. 2.5 hours drive is not near ha ha :p DH kalau nak pi anywhere, must be during winter..!

This was in HK. Didn't really BW that much except for walking down the streets, getting on trams, etc. AND those times when there were just too many people to let a 2yo walk!
I love HK and its wonderful public transport! :D Wonderful place to travel if you have a son who loves transport ha ha
