We've all been discussin how heavy we can take. Let's gather them here... As you get more experienced with babywearing, you will find that you will be able to take different weight with a different type of carrier... these are what I can take with the respective types:

Pouch... 12 kgs
Ring Sling... 11 kgs
Mei Tai... 13 kgs
Wrap... 14.5 kgs and still going

Newbies checking this out... please note that the weight you can take with a particular carrier depends greatly on the type of fabric and construction with a particular type of carrier. E.g. a stretchy wrap wouldn't really be comfortable after 9 kgs etc..

last month my LO already reached about 10kgs now should be around 11kgs, eeerrrr will my TBL able to withstand his weight?  as of this moment he still feel ok when i carry him.

may be need to get him on a scale somewhere...

hey sammie,
11kgs is what Jess can take for RS..
The RS in general can take from 13kg - 15kg, depending on the fabric, and your endurance level too.
If you can take more than that.. it could mean you have built endurance! :D yay!
