I've seen wrapping a preemie. It's called kangaroo care (ke some other animal). BUt dulu2 tak kenal all types of BW. Will ask how is it in Malaysia.

Wearing a premie with a MT is possible. I have an article about how it can be done somewhere but couldn't find it now. What I remember is, the waistband can be rolled up to shorten the body. Remember the golden rule: Snug and high.

One way to test if baby is snug enough is to lightly tap on baby's back after tying. If baby move/wiggle forward, it's not snug enough... meaning the baby was slouching. Hope is makes sense
