my time will come soon as idrees can now walk.. :(
but still a pouch is helpful when you have another toddler to handle.
Certainly... one shoulder is still better than bare hands.. wrap is quite bulky to be bringing everywhere. Pouch is still the most convenient at times like these :)
If I know he's going to nap during an outing, I will usually take the wrap with me (usually bring along and keep in the car).
I don't usually have DS napping while I carry him - I'd be like a walking sauna! I use the stroller. Yes, I do.
It's alright when we are in shopping malls.. even with the wrap..
Nope. Not with DS. Even in the Alpino he'll be sweating like a pig.
I think your baby is comfy in it but how about you? You should spread the fabric on your shoulder. I'm sure you'll feel much more comfortable.
still too thin at the shoulder.. sure tak comfy. again I'll refer u to:
www.littlepods.com. excellent instruction there :)
Hi, I can see that you are using a Littlepods pouch. Thank you for your support.
Tze Shin was right. You should spread the fabric across your shoulder and top part of your arm (look at Jess's photo on top) and also I noticed that you have the padding across his back. For the hip carry position, the padding should go under their knees so when you fold it before wearing it, make sure the padding is on the inside.
Hope that makes sense.
Thanks for all the comment. I will practise and practise..
Practise make perfect...he..he..he... Thanks.
im no expert at all... but u can refer to jess's photo, and zoom in at the shoulder part... she got the fabric spread wide..
p/s: cute batik design jess!!
Hi Elly,
Thanks :)
Yes, Megahasz, fabric needs to be widespread. One Q, though.... do you feel like you still have to hold on to your little one even with the pouch on? It's looking like the pouch might be too big for you.. then again, will need another picture of you putting it on correctly first.
Hi Megahasz,
Hmm... maybe you have to fold the pouch into two first. Then slip it on, and then only put your baby in.
Did you try folding the pouch first though?
Baby has to sit in the pouch that is created from the folding of the pouch.. if I am making any sense :p
Yes, it does look like the pouch is not folded, too ...
